The download service on the www.robert-lauri.com website is reserved for adult private individuals and may not be used for business purposes. Clause 2: TERRITORY The music files bought on Sensitivity and Words are available for all customers in every country in the world. CLAUSE 3: PRICES The prices of our products are indicated in Euros and are inclusive of tax. CLAUSE 4: PAYMENT Your purchases are paid for via the PayPal payment service and the latter’s conditions apply. CLAUSE 5: RIGHT OF RETRACTION The purchases of musical titles and albums are firm and final. They therefore may not be exchanged, refunded or retracted. CLAUSE 7: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All the music files, texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the www.robert-lauri.com website are subject to their holders’ copyright and intellectual property rights throughout the entire world. For this reason and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only utilisation for private use, subject to different or more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, is allowed. Any resale, exchange, hiring or transfer of files to a third party is strictly prohibited. With regard to the music files, Sensitivity and Words would remind you that it is the sole holder of the right to broadcast those files and that they are protected by national and international copyright regulations. Any use outside of this context is strictly prohibited and any use for purposes other than private would make customers liable to civil and/or criminal legal proceedings On the assumption that the music files accessible on www.robert-lauri.com would contain identification particulars and/or technical measures of control and restriction of use, or protection with regard to third parties, you undertake to refrain from infringing those particulars or measures and/or from altering or removing them. For technical reasons, network maintenance or breakdown in particular, a temporary interruption of the service is possible. You acknowledge knowing and accepting the constraints and limits of the Internet network, in particular as regards the transmission of information data via the networks and possible attack against that data. The customers alone are responsible for the use that they make of the service, and could not hold Sensitivity and Words music liable for any complaint and/or procedure brought against them. CLAUSE 9: APPLICABLE RIGHT- LITIGATION Clause 14. Competent Court and Applicable Law Any disagreement relating to the name of the website will be exclusively subject to Belgian law. The courts and tribunals of Brussels alone shall have jurisdiction in the event of disagreement.
